Are your stickers actually durable?

Yep. They are waterproof, scratch-proof, and sun-proof. If your sticker outlives your phone or car, don’t be surprised. 

Can I put the stickers on my car?

Yes, they're rated for 5+ years outdoors. That said, some people don't think that the 3 inch ones are big enough for their bold cars, so make sure you check out our 5 inch car decals!

Are your art prints frame-ready?

Yes! They’re printed on thick, high-quality paper that looks good in everything from a fancy gallery frame to the $3 one you panic bought at Target.

Do your art prints come framed?

Nope - this lets you choose your own vibe. Minimalist? Maximalist? Chaotic gremlin chic? You decide.

Are your products designed by real artists?

Yes, every design comes from a real human with real feelings and an unhealthy caffeine dependency (same with our customer service, so please be kind! 😛) No AI slop here.

Do you restock popular designs?

Shipping Questions

Do you offer returns?

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. HOWEVER – If your order arrives damaged, we totally blew it, or the items are flawed, please email shop@mouthybroad.co and we'll make it right.

How soon will my order arrive?

Please allow 1-2 weeks for order processing. Once shipped, orders typically take 2-5 business days to be delivered. Trust us, it's worth the wait.

How much is shipping?

We offer tracked flat rate shipping for $3.99, or Priority Mail shipping for $7.99 and free shipping on all orders over $49.

What if my package says "delivered" but it's not here?

Ah, yes, the “invisible package”. Give it 24 hours. Sometimes USPS likes to mark things as delivered, even when they’re not yet. If it still doesn’t show up - contact your local USPS and see if they can tell you where it was left. Still nothing? Email customer service at shop@mouthybroad.co 

I think my order is lost, now what?

Sometimes packages take the scenic route. If your tracking has stalled for over a week, just send an email to shop@mouthybroad.co

What is Shipping Protection and how does it work?

Shipping protection is an optional $2.99 add-on that covers your order in the event that it is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If anything happens to your package, simply reach out to shop@mouthybroad.co within 30 days of the expected delivery date, and we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
